These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Decode Insights client dashboard portal (the "Service"), available at dashboard.decodeinsights.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Access and eligibility

The Service is provided to authorized clients of Decode Insights Inc. ("Decode Insights"). You must sign in with a work account that has been granted access. Your access is limited to the dashboard(s) associated with your email address. Do not share your access, and do not attempt to access dashboards you are not authorized to view.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping or bulk-extracting data, reverse engineering, or interfering with the operation or security of the Service.

Confidentiality

Dashboard content is confidential business information of Decode Insights and its clients. You agree to keep it confidential and to use it only for its intended business purpose.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by Decode Insights or its clients and licensors, and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the Service as described here.

Disclaimer

The Service and the insights it presents are provided "as is," for informational purposes, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decode Insights will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
