This Privacy Policy explains how Decode Insights Inc. ("Decode Insights," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the Decode Insights client dashboard portal (the "Service"), available at dashboard.decodeinsights.com.

Information we collect

Sign-in information. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information only to verify your identity and to determine which dashboard(s) you are authorized to view.

Research content. The dashboards display buyer-research findings (such as interview summaries and related notes) that Decode Insights produces on behalf of its clients.

Usage data. We keep basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate you and control access so that you only see the dashboard(s) your email has been authorized for; to operate, maintain, and secure the Service; and to communicate with you about access or support. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How information is shared

We use trusted service providers (including our hosting provider, Base44) that process data on our behalf to operate the Service. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not otherwise sell or share your personal information.

Data security

Access to dashboards requires signing in with an authorized account, and dashboard data is served only to authenticated, authorized users.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and as required by our client engagements and applicable law.

Your choices

You may contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in.
